Erica Bregman is the project coordinator of a social enterprise, Networking4Youth (N4Y).
N4Y’s mission is to develop opportunities for youth to strengthen their leadership and communication skills through interactive panel discussions and project-based learning such as the Britannia Woods Makerspace and the Britannia Woods Digital Media Zone.
Erica is excited to meet students and community leaders, and make as many connections as possible between them. N4Y is proud to invite individuals with diverse levels of work experience to discuss topics of interest to youth (teens and postsecondary) including: career options, market trends, hiring cycles, action plans and work options.
Community-based projects, including Kids Can Code, has successfully strengthened mutual learning, resulting in technical skill development and expanded leadership capacity.
Erica is honored to be the 2015-16 president of the McGill Alumni Association of Ottawa and co-organized a 2014 community transplant awareness event in collaboration with Trillium Gift of Life, at Beadonor.ca.
